My server is being used for spam. Help...

Ok, I have looked everywhere for an easy fix to this problem. I thought that I had made my server secure, but someone is using it to send out some spam email ("Send him male enhancing products"). Right now, it is only going through 1 of my accounts.

What do I need to do?

Check that accounts cPanel and see what the default address is set to.

Send all unrouted e-mail for:
yourdomain.com :fail:

See if that helps.

Hello,

Please check which account is sending the spam emails, then if you are a hosting company or are affiliated with one, i would suggest contacting the cPanel account user and notify him about the actions that will be taken.

Otherwise without notifying the cPanel account user, as infopro said do the following below for the default email address that is sending the spam emails.

Send all unrouted e-mail for:
yourdomain.com :fail:
