    Thumbs up Newsletter! --Offline

I send an opt-out newsletter to people who sign up on one of my domains. I use a 3rd-party program. Today it stopped working altogther.

The program works fine but every address I try to send to gives this error: "Destination SMTP server rejected the recipient."
Could this be a cPanel problem? How about a SSL Certificate problem?

I went into WHM > Email > Mail Troubleshooter. I tested the email account I use and it gave this message:

virtual_user_maildir_overquota via virtual_user_maildir_overquota router forced address failure

    Any intelligent guesses?

    (PS...my VPS's quota is 500 emails a day...and I never go above that.)

How much space does the email account you're sending from have available?

It's unlimited. It's my server, there are no re-sellers. This domain has unlimited email. I really don't think this is relevant. Everything was fine. This all seemed to satart when my SSL cert expired.

So it either had to be that (I think)---or a new cPanel update....which I have read has casued this issue in the past.

The people who own the VPS now told me I need an additional IP in order to put the new SSL cert on....but I only needed one when I first got the server.

It may not be relevant, but the error sort of made me want to ask all the same.

I got the same error message after noticing I stopped receiving e-mails a couple of months ago, did you find out how to fix it?
