No Emails are being recieved

Hi im new to cpanel/whm this may be a novice question but at the moment NO emails are being recieved by my server/forwarded to the users default addresses.

No error is being retuned to me, unless i specify for the email to be piped then i get a return email telling me it cant be piped.

Any suggestions welcomed!
