No ***SPAM*** Coming In

Am I missing something. RBLS are set and SpamAssasin inwide WHM is turned on, I think (Service Configuration >> Exim Configuration Editor). But I have never seen a ***SPAM*** message come into our inboxes.

In fact, we would like to increase anti spam rules as a little too much spam is still coming in. What can we tweak? Already have this enabled: RBL: zen.spamhaus.org and rbl.spamcop.net

In the cPanel account, is either Spambox or Auto-Delete Spam enabled? This would be configured in the SpamAssassin screen in cPanel. Both of these features could explain an apparent lack of ***SPAM*** messages.

How do we whitelist false positives so that we get those emails in Outlook (pop)? At the moment, we can only view and whitelist SPAM emails inside Horde. Any other way to do this?

At this time, SpamAssassin lacks an equivalent of a "Not Spam" button like Outlook and Google Mail offer. You can manually whitelist email addresses and domains by going to your cPanel interface, clicking on SpamAssassin and then clicking on Configure SpamAssassin. At the bottom of the page, you will see entries for "whitelist_from."

To view the spam emails in Outlook, there are three primary options: 1) Disable SpamBox (thus delivering spam to your inbox), 2) use IMAP (since it natively supports server-side folders like the Spam folder) or 3) Have Outlook also check a special POP account to grab the contents of the Spam folder.
