AM NOT ABLE TO RECIEVE MAILS FROM SOME ACCOUNT..PLEASE ANY ONE COULD HELP MEOUT THE STEPS TO FIND THE ERROR AND SOLVE IT.

Check exim log file for more details.

/var/log/exim_mainlog

Try to send test mails to your account from the email accounts that are having problems and check exim log.

tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog

Also grep the exim log with the account name.

grep accountname /var/log/exim_mainlog

Are those mails sent out via SMTP bij a mailclient (Outlook or similar) or via scripts on the server (like PHP)?
I am having troubles with serverside PHP scripts sending via SMTP (localhost) a couple of weeks now.
