    Hi there,

Though there are a plethora of posts regarding this, I'll give you what I think is pretty standard practice. These guidelines are followed by big free mail providers, to name a few: Hotmail, Yahoo! and AOL.

    - Make sure your reply-to address exists; check it for typos. Hotmail DOES perform sender callout verification.
    - Try adding some good complete (-all and not ~all) SPF records to your MX for your domain.
    - Try enabling (and removing test mode) DomainKeys for your domain.
    - If you're on a shared hosting server, and NEED the deliverability, you may need to go to a dedicated host. Big providers target shared hosts as possible cause for junk mail, so they don't rely on them as being "legitimate" sources.

Admittedly, Hotmail is probably the HARDEST one in the bunch to deliver to. They don't bounce back and they just suppress the mail. I don't blame them, but don't condone the behavior either.

    Hope this info helps you.
