This is an odd one. On two different servers hosted customers are reporting that when they send using Outlook, to another email account within that same hosting account, it is never received. In other words:
Domain to domain messages sent from Outlook or Thunderbird seem to disappear.
Domain to domain messages sent via Webmail to Webmail works.
Anyone experience this before? I don't even know where to start trouble shooting this one.
