Odd problem - Email to another email in the same account, not received.

This is an odd one. On two different servers hosted customers are reporting that when they send using Outlook, to another email account within that same hosting account, it is never received. In other words:

Domain to domain messages sent from Outlook or Thunderbird seem to disappear.

Domain to domain messages sent via Webmail to Webmail works.

Anyone experience this before? I don't even know where to start trouble shooting this one.

You might tail the log as an email test is being sent to see if anything pops up there.

Make sure 'My server requires Authentication' is active in mail programs on all computers in the office. If not Spamassassin will kill the mail when it comes from a computer using the same IP but does not have authentication marked. This often happens in offices with various computers using the same internet connection, exim allows mail to be sent because the IP is recognized but Spamassassin blocks the mail when it sees that it's from a mail program without authentication active.
