Other Exim Options

So cpanel forces me to only choose certain exim options--even though exim has far more than that. For example, how come I can use "contains" but not "does not contain"?

Both are valid within exim, but how come cpanel limits what I can use? Any ideas? I want to discard email if it does not contain certain things in the header.

The answer was to change the skin. Had my host change to the x3 theme and now all those options are there.
