Outlook Express cannot send mail with attachment

I am new to Cpanel, Please help advice


On the Outlook Express, I sent out 2 emails to the user in the same domain (use Outlook Express via Cpanel)
1. Email with no attachment, it can delivered fine
2. Email with attachment (small size), it shown on the sender Outlook Express Sent Item, but it's not show on receiver
I have test by sending via Webmail (roundcube), it's working fine

Not sure whether any special configuration of Outlook Express to handle this?

If you are the admin of the server you might check your mail log for clues on what happened, if not, you should contact your host and have them look into it for you.

Is it any attachment or just this one that does not go thru?

If it is working fine with roundcube then it means there is no issue with server side.
The issue with outlook express configuration.

What attachments you are using?
I exe then it may be problem.

You can test attachments by zip file.
