Piping email with cPanel 11 x3

Alright, I've been wondering about this for a few hours now...
What I've been trying to do is pipe emails to a script in cPanel 11 on one hosting account I use. I keep getting an email telling me that the delivery has failed to the script.

This is problematic because a different hosting account I use that has cPanel 11 and I forward it the exact same way, it works perfectly.

I'm not sure if this is an issue with cPanel or if I should contact my hosting about this. Any thoughts?

Please provide the exact error message you are receiving in the email.

It probably is a good idea to contact your host about it, since if you have the issue on one machine and not another where both accounts have cPanel, it would appear to be some configuration difference, which only your hosting provider could troubleshoot and correct if you don't have root SSH access to the machine in question.
