Pop3 Configuration Question

I see that Cpanel has outlook express, and such listed to auto config, but
is there any addon, or edit to allow Windows Live_mail? I have Windows Vista on my pc, and I am unable to find OutLook Express to download or run, and Configuration settings does not seem to work with Live_Mail.
