Default Prevent user to send email to a specific domain

I´m looking for a rule to prevent a user from sending out e-mails to a especific emails address or domain.

For example I dont want that user@domainA.com can contact user@domainB.com if he send and email.

    Is that possible?

    Thanks!

Server-side outbound mail rules are not natively supported by cPanel/WHM at this time.
