Basically what the title says. I have tried sending an e-mail from my gmail account and my yahoo mail account, and both recieved a problem (see below):

It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me! I tried to Google the problem, but didn't get really anything that helped me. I had the host reset my account. I'm now here thinking it's a problem with my cpanel settings, even though I didn't really change anything because its freshly reset right now. I'm thinking it's a problem with my domain, and I should contact my domain registrar.
