problem setting up email account with autoconfigured settings.

Hey everyone. I used the autoconfigured file to set up autoconfigured settings with outlook express. Only when I did I now have windows live mail thinking i need to add the email account. Is there a way to either fix this or just get rid of the autoconfigured settings and also registry entries? i'm using windows seven homepremium. Thanks for any help,

I meant to also include that I used the pop 3 access. Hope this can be resolved, quite frustrating, i'd just like win mail back where it should be.
