I have 1 server running cpanel/whm that is hosting 2 dozens websites. There are several forum-like among them, and those sites are sending massive amount of registration emails using mail() php function as well as SMTP localhost.

Eventually, the server is considerer sending out spams by several mail carriers like yahoo, hotmail, and aol.

Is it possible for me to setup another remote exim mail server that will handle all registration mails or mails that are automatically sent by scripts?

i found one here: http://www.jaguarpc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17391 --> is it a good way? (i don't want to interfere much with other businesses sites hosted on the same server )
