I send email to specific email address of ISP service and I get this error:

I checked reverse dns my server and it exist but not work

Can you please provide the full headers to have a close look on the issue? Also confirm you have rdns using iptools.com
I dont know iptools, what is?

Your server's reported hostname should match your rDNS record. According to the mail logs provided, your server is reporting its hostname as "server5.hostserver.net" which does not match the rDNS entry.

I read this how to: Configuring Reverse DNS in WHM
You can only setup a PTR record if you control the IP zone file due to the IP provider delegating that IP control to you. Most ISPs and hosting providers do not provide IP zone control to their customers. If you do not control the actual IP zone, which is not the same as the DNS zone control, then the IP provider (whoever delegated the IP to you) will have to setup the PTR record.
