Default Save raw email files from server and load locally?

I have a customer that has been using webmail exclusively (specifically Horde). He now wants to move all the email off the server and to his local pc to read and save, probably using Outlook Express or maybe Eudora. Is there an easy way to copy the raw mail text files/folders from the server to the allow him to import into a local client?

I know he can look through them with a text file reader, but it would be nice to move them into a real mail client.

    Thanks in advance.

    Default

You could pack the raw files from:

    /home/(login)/mail/(domain)/(user)/new
    /home/(login)/mail/(domain)/(user)/cur

But it would just be easier to setup Thunderbird, Outlook Express, or similar
and just simply retrieve all the the mail from the email account.
