Default /scripts/fixwebmail error and webmail slow

Webmail is really slow for some reason. I tested with Horde. I did a cpanel restart, a few "fix" scripts /scripts/fixcommonproblems,

    /scripts/fixwebmail (gave error below)

chown: cannot access `/usr/local/etc/cpanel/base/webmail/data': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access `/usr/local/etc/cpanel/base/webmail/data': No such file or directory

Not sure whats happening. I found another thread somewhat similiar to this error but specifically Neomail not Horde/Squirrelmail. I tested it on another server and followed its suggestions (delete all db's from neomail directories) but error remained.

Server load is less than .50 and memory less than 40% but webmail is slow on a dual xeon / 2GB memory server. Took about 5-7 seconds to login after clicking login button, nearly 10 seconds to open an email.

    I'm on 10.0 R-149

    Any suggestions? thanks in advance

    More errors

Task 'User - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210E) : 'Your mailbox is temporarily unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded: -ERR Timeout while obtaining a lock on /home/user/mail/domain.com/user/inbox'

    Still slow as well

Can someone please suggest a possible fix? I cannot delete the account as it has 200+ emails stored there (I know deleting/recreating an email account is a common fix)

I also did /scripts/upcp --force on CURRENT version and that didn't fix it.

It is only one email account out of about 10 on the same account/domain that is having trouble in both webmail/pop3 (outlook).

Could it be some sort of lock or corrupt database?

I'm using Horde for webmail and Outlook for POP3.

This problem is still extremely annoying. Is there any bug filed on this?

    root@inertia [/usr/local/etc]# ls
    ./ ../ pear.conf
    root@inertia [/usr/local/etc]#

    although..

    root@inertia [/usr/local/cpanel/base/webmail]# pwd
    /usr/local/cpanel/base/webmail
    root@inertia [/usr/local/cpanel/base/webmail]# ls
    ./ ../ monsoon/ x/
    root@inertia [/usr/local/cpanel/base/webmail]#

    Definately some issues with paths.

    Exclamation Same Issue Here

I am having the same issue as well..

It seems like this error was caused but an update because more and more people are getting it. Keep in mind it's hard to detect because it's not on every account. I only found out because I was on a foreign machine and needed to check my mail, I could not expand the mailbox list in horde so I figure it was the machine that I was on. I tried another machine and got the same issue. I tried /scripts/fixwebmail and got:

chown: failed to get attributes of `/usr/local/etc/cpanel/base/webmail/data': No such file or directory
chmod: failed to get attributes of `/usr/local/etc/cpanel/base/webmail/data': No such file or directory

If anyone can figure this out please post some information here.

I was able to fix my horde issues with

    /scripts/upcp
    /scripts/fullhordereset

I still get errors running /scripts/fixwebmail but I am able to log into horde and open the directory list again.

    This could be help

    # /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-roundcube --force

    Then restart apache

    # service httpd restart

    # /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-horde --force
    # service httpd restart
