Sent Mail Labeled As Spam

Hi

I have a server with WHM and several domains each with their own cpanel, when I send email from outlook from my home PC the mails are marked as Spam when some end users receive the mail, I also worry that a lot of the mail is not getting to the end user as spam filters will be deleting the mail, is there anyway of stopping this.
