Set SPF in cPanel 10?

I'm trying to figure out where/how to implement my site's SPF entry (entry creation here: The SPF Setup Wizard) in cPanel 10. The closest thing I can guess is the MX entry though after testing and waiting a while Hotmail still doesn't trust my domain's email. If this feature is not directly available in cPanel is it something I could setup through SSH?

Your cPanel installation is no longer supported as I understand it. It's time to upgrade to cPanel 11.

Once you do, the feature you seek is available in your cPanel and can be activated with a few simple clicks.
