Setting Up Email thru Web Email Form

Hey.. One of the people who are on my reseller wants to do the following:

Be able to have a form on his site that when someone fills in their information, they can set up a email account that is automatically created.

I hope you understand what I mean. Kind of like registering and having it available after they register.

Anyone know a way to do this? This is semi-urgent.
