Smarhost and Exim

I have problems with exim smarthost configuration.

I want to route emails for only one domain to remote server (exchange server) if email address on local server don't exist.

Any idea how can I do this?

I don't think this is possible... Exim needs to know if it is responsible for the whole domain. Either your cpanel server is responsible for the whole domain, or it isn't.

If you want to have an Exchange server for the WHOLE DOMAIN, then this is very easy to do.
