smarthost relay based on mailto DESTINATION address domain?

Is it possible to tell exim on cpanel to relay outgoing mail based on the mailto destination?

ie. send most kinds of email itself but if it's mailto an aol address for example, to use another server for email relay?

We're having blocking issues with a single provider and cannot get off their blocklist.
