spam assasin: apply globally

I am using cpanel 11 and have applied spam assasin globally at server end which I have also applied the rewrite subject **** SPAM ***** for those spam email

May I know is it any way on by pass certain domain/email account for the subject rewrite rule?

I am asking this because some of the valid email's subject have been rewritten.

Kindly advise.
