    Default Spam Assassin using a lot of CPU and blackout lists

    My SpamAssassin has been hitting a 5 minute load of 7.xx for the last couple of weeks, problem is only one user is using Spam Assassin I am wondering as I grow will things get worse?

    Is there anything I can do to keep SpamAssassin up and running but reduce the load on the server?

    Also I am wondering what BL's people are using, I don't have any default ones setup and would like to do that ASAP thinking it might help the load decrease.
