    Default Spam filter

I look for one solution for the following case.
I have a client which send to many emails out(spam).
He send it per outlook. in the line "to" he make one receiver.
In the line "cc" he also make a few.
In line "bcc" is also a lot.

Is it possible to set a limit in exim or some where else?? Using linux.

Yes, you can set the limit from WHM --> Tweak Settings --> The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited).

Moreover, to set the limit for the particular domain then you can set it by login as root through SSH and follow below mentioned steps:

    : pico /var/cpanel/maxemailsperdomain/yourdomainhere.com

yourdomainhere.com is the domain for increasing/decreasing the number of mails. Once you enter the no. in the file. You may save it and REMEMBER to restart exim services by executing the following command :

    /scripts/build_maxemails_config

Changes have been made. However, for monitoring purposes, you may execute the following command :

    tail /var/log/exim_mainlog

cPanel Forums - View Single Post - Customizing the Exim Configuration

Within the Exim documentation I might suggest reading about "recipients_max"; however, specifying a value too low can be dangerous as it may interfere with normal SMTP mail activity:
Specification of the Exim MTA, Chapter 14, Main configuration - recipients_max
