    Default spam filters

    Hi

    on whm 11.24 servers
It used to be that any filters put in the .filter file
    showed up in vi /etc/vfilters/USERNAME

This no longer appears to be working
as of the last week or two.

And if I add filters using the X3 control panel
they don't show up in the .filter file
(however -- if I click on auto delete spam and spam assassin
that filter does show up in the.filter file)

since the filters are no longer showing up in vi /etc/vfilters/USERNAME
What file in SSH should I be looking at to see them?
    And
since the filters are no longer showing up in .filters in the file manager in cpanel
What file in the control panel file manager should I be looking at to see them?

Same two questions for account level filtering and user level filtering.

    Thank you
    Audrey

    any ideas Cpanel staff?

I need to copy over spam filter settings to 100 accounts, really I need to do it via script not via panel, it would take days.

Default You need to do it via panel at least once

I have just figured this out.
You need to do it via panel at least once.

Then you need to copy over

    /home/USERNAME/.cpanel/filter.yaml to /home/OTHER_USERNAME/.cpanel/filter.yaml

don't forget to chown USER.USER accordingly after copying over, additionally you might want to save a copy of the original filter.yaml
