SpamAssassin 3.3.0

Hi there,
I just wanted to share own experience and ask if current WHM is compatible with new spamassassin 3.3.0.

Today I've upgraded spamassassin through cpan to 3.3.0 and after some time noticed that actually spamd was not running. Nothing bad appeared in my logs. I had to execute

sa-update

and then restart exim. After this spamd started fine.

Is there any improvement in SpamAssassin's flagging capability? We use a third-party email host, PolarisMail, because SpamAssassin is so bad about catching spam. We've done a reasonable amount of fine-tuning without much impact.

Question: Is it — can it be — adaptive?
