SpamAssassin Blacklist score?!?

Hello,

I am a domain user of cPanel and I have been configuring my SpamAssassin making a blacklist and whitelist. I found out that an incoming email in my whitelist receives a score of -100.

What score is given to an email in the blacklist?


Ideally I would like the blacklist to be predominant, allowing the following results:

Whitelist:
*@good-domain.com

Blacklist:
bad-person@good-domain.com

All emails from good-domain.com would pass expect the ones from "bad-person". After a couple of tests the blacklisted addresses still pass!! I assume that this is because the score given to a blacklisted email is less than 100. (My SA score is 1.00)

If this is so, how can I change it?
(I am not familiar with scripts or rule writing)

I'll reply to myself:

In cP 10 you can override the default score (+100) in the Configuration options.

score USER_IN_BLACKLIST ###

This solves my problem in one account but not in my other one with cP 11.

In my cP 10 I would see the score of the blacklisted email increase as I changed the score.
In my cp 11 it always remains constant at -100.

I am using the same sender address in both cases.

I believe that the rule name has not changed. Any ideas?

I've had to disable whitelisting for the same reason, it white listed addresses that existed in spam and at some point spam emails would go through with -100 points.
