    Default unable to send mail in yahoo

    Hello all,


    here my issue is: when anyone register to my site, email notification goes to there email... but when any yahoo user register, they cant receive any verification mail... so please help me to know the settings for this..M using cpanel VPS optimized 3...

    You need to find out from Yahoo why they blocked you

    If you do not have root SSH access, contact the server provider to have them check the exim logs for what happened in case there's an error message that indicates why. You'll want to provide one of the yahoo emails that failed to receive an email.

    The first line of support should always be your hosting provider rather than the cPanel forums when you do not have root level access for questions requiring checking log files, since you do not have access to the exim log files without root access.

    See if you receive any bounce back. If you do, see what error it is and refer URL Mail Help | Popular Postmaster articles

    Not an issue with cPanel though. Check if IP is blacklisted, see if A record, rDNS is set to mail server IP. Set SPF and DKIM for your domain.
