Using remote mx does not suspend if I suspend customer?

I have new 100 customers that will use remote mx , not using cpanel email service, they are using gmail service.

What happen if i suspend the user? will my cpanel still responding that MX is remotly hosted?

if yes, how can I suspend the user from using email also ? the 99%of user just care about email, they dont have websites..

its important to notice that we use whmcs and (de)suspend is automatic up to the billing state..
