Default Warnings showing completely wrong quota's

    Hi There,

    A client got a warning:

    ----------------------
The mailbox thomas@dxxx.nl is full or very close to full.

You should remove some emails from the box as soon as possible to prevent losing any future mail.

This mailbox is currently 92.22% (9443.42/10240.00 Megs) full.

You can adjust the quota for this mailbox here: https://mail.dxxx.nl:2083/frontend/x...domain=dxxx.nl

!! Do not respond to this message. Your reply will go nowhere. !!
    ----------------------

See the Megs warning. It seems like the client had set the quota to 10GB. But if I look in cpanel the quota is set to 10MB and the box is 9.49MB full. There is gowing something wrong in the warning mails.

Does anybody has the same problem and maybe a fix?

    My box:
    WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.17.0-C19434
    CENTOS Enterprise 5 x86_64 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

I'm having the exact same problem.

    Running :

    WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.1-C20683
    CENTOS Enterprise 4.6 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

If anyone has a clue, we would appreciate it !

Please remove the following file "maildirsize" from the following path for the email account thomas@dxxx.nl :-

    rm -rf /home/username/mail/dxxx.nl/thomas

If you do not have ssh access to the server then you can remove this file through your cotnrol panel :-

Login to your control panel > Click on "File Manager" > Click on "mail" folder > Click on "dxxx.nl" folder > Click on "thomas" folder > Click on "maildirsize" file > Click on "Move File"
    Regards,
    ManojB.

Oddly enough, i didn't have maildirsize files when I ran into this this morning on one of our clients accounts. But when I clicked 'change quota' on the affected account, the correct usage showed up. So I saved the quota as it was and that took care of it. Hoping it helps..

(edited because i forgot I had a predefined signature ;-))
