cPanel comes with three Webmail applications: SquirrelMail, Horde and RoundCube. Have you already looked at them? They are third-party products, but they are built into cPanel. You can read about them at the following links:

    SquirrelMail - Webmail for Nuts!
    Webmail - The Horde Project
Roundcube - Free webmail for the masses

Each of these applications is enabled by default on a new cPanel installation. Does none of them meet your requirements?

You can access Webmail by clicking "Access Webmail" next to a mailbox name in the Mail Accounts section of an account's cPanel. You can also access Webmail by browsing http://$IP_ADDRESS:2095 or https://$IP_ADDRESS:2096; replace $IP_ADDRESS with your server's actual IP address or domain name.

I notice in another thread (http://forums.cpanel.net/f34/new-use...tml#post839951) you mention that you have a reseller account. The server administrator can disable any of the Webmail applications I mentioned, so all three may not be available to you.
