Webmail error

Hello,

After login we did not get our email account pages.

Its gives below errors.

if we click horde, it say.. "Login failed because your username or
password was entered incorrectly."

if we click round cube, it say.. "connection to imap server failed"
for few second, and then asked password again...

if we click squirell, it say "Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]:
unable to connect to localhost:143 (Connection refused) in
/usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/squirrelmail/plugins/login_auth/functions.php
on line 129"

/scripts/eximup --force

Try restarting imap and Exim using
/scripts/restartsrv imap
/scripts/restartsrv exim
