Webmail Issue - Login

I seem to be having a problem with webmail.

I created a New Account
goto webmail.domain.com
I can get past the first login screen
Select the Webmail I want (Horde)
Then on the Language selection at Horde, when I select Login i get "Login failed because your username or password was entered incorrectly."

This also happens if I try to login through the 'email' menu from cpanel.

Any ideas please?

Issue found: EXIM & IMAP failed! although it showed as services running ok!
