What is the exact url that isn't working for you and returning the "Page Not Found" error?

I clicked onto http://cpanel.DOMAINNAME.com/xferwebmail/ and it went to http://webmail.DOMAINNAME.com/login/...e7AxK1Av7LSn_q
But the page said "Not Found. Apologies, but we were unable to find what you were looking for. Perhaps searching will help."

Can you try to access webmail using following urls
Normal: http://domainname.com:2095
secure: https://domainame.com:2096

Nope, doesn't work.

You will need to contact your web hosting provider to have them check to see why the Webmail URL is not loading properly for you.
