Webmail roundcube re-auth after login

Hi, this is my first question.

My roundcube, after login require other login (ex: www.mydomain.com/webmail) <--- this is require 1 login, ok, i chose roundcube and after click this, i will be redirected to roundcube login (index.php)

How to solve this?

Are you able to log into RoundCube when you enter the username and password in RoundCube's log-in page (after logging in first on cPanel's log-in page)? Does this happen with SquirrelMail or Horde, or only RoundCube? Also, which IMAP service are you using, Dovecot or Courier-IMAP? You can find this in the WebHost Manager by clicking Main >> Service Configuration >> Mailserver Selection.
