Webmail Script That Can Integrate With cPanel

Does anyone know of a webmail script that can be integrated with cPanel? If you don't know what I am talking about here's an example: I need a script that works like AOL Webmail and Gmail like as in you can view your mail and register an email address as well.

Hmm for the registration use :: cPanel Email Account Creator :: Free PHP Scripts
and for the webmail use : domain.com/webmail

Is that secured? (my first post)

Hi,

I just want to ask if that script is safe/secured.

I need to hard code my cpanel username and password on the script?

I'm not good in php but I think anyone can view that code if im not mistaken.

Please correct me if im wrong. If im right, is there a secure way to do it?

Thanks

From a coding perspective, if you had a reseller account, you could store the reseller username and hash (rather than password) and then use our APIs to create the email accounts, sending that information to cPanel/WHM over SSL if desired. Just be sure to store your information in a file that isn't publicly readable (e.g. a file outside public_html with x00 permissions).
