Webmail- they can send E-mails from web mail but can't receive E-mails back!

Hi All -

Ok well when setting up a new customer for web hosting in c-panel, it seems that when they go to use there web mail. They can send E-mails but can't receive E-mails back.

Would anyone now why or is there a setting I’m missing.

Are they using the root email account or one they created?
