Default where can i find bounced email logs?

where can i find logs of emails sent to my server but then were bounced?

a couple of weeks ago i created a brand new vps and pointed my domain name to it. I created a dns zone (i think correctly) and let it be.

rackspace email manages my email and Today i realized that i forgot to point the mx records to rackspace, and thus realized that for the past two weeks email sent to this domain have not been delivered.

i want to find out who has tried to contact me in the past two weeks on this domain. i was told by rackspace that there should be a bounced email log somewhere on the server that the mx records are pointing to.

How and where do i find this information?

The exim logs are /var/log/exim_*. You'll want to sift through /var/log/exim_mainlog* and /var/log/exim_rejectlog*

What happens when you ssh into the server and give the command "locate exim_mainlog" ?

If you don't have a /var/log folder, then either you aren't running cPanel [or any common Linux distro for that matter] or you don't have root access [in which case you need to contact your host].
