Default Wholesale transfer of mail to a subdomain

I have cPanel, which I have two domains and each of them multiple e-mail. Now I have to configure a subdomain in one of the domains and mail accounts in bulk transfer. Can I do this in cPanel or WHM? And how?

You are transferring the mail from the main domain to the subdomain? There isn't a way to transfer mail from one account to another account using cPanel or WHM. You'd have to copy it from one account to another account where both accounts exist already:

    Code:
    cp -R /home/username/mail/domain.com/emailuser/* /home/username/mail/subdomain.domain.com/emailuser/
Here username is the cPanel username, domain.com is the domain name, subdomain.domain.com is the subdomain name and emailuser is the local part for the email account username (such as bob for bob@pandas.arecool.com).
