Default Cleaning the disk: EasyApache has temp files?

I'm watching for big files and tmp files in my server and found that /home/cpeasyapache is consuming 350 MB. I found that somebody recommended to empty this directory since those files are downloading every time Easy Apache is run. I just wanted to confirm with cPanel staff if this is true and if is safe to empty that folder. Thank you!

/home/cpeasyapache will get regenerated if missing by EasyApache so you can remove it if you have to, but it will have to redownload everything it needs which can slow down rebuilds. As far as I know, EasyApache will not redownload the data every time and it will reuse source it has downloaded in the past, if possible. (e.g. when you just change some PHP options but do not change the version -- it won't redownload the PHP source code.)

Overall, unless you are really hurting for space, I would leave it alone. 350MB of disk is really a drop in the bucket when it comes to actual usage these days.

ok, got it. I now am able to do some cleaning, i.e. erasing old modsecurity folder versions downloaded in jurasic upgrades.
    Thanks!
