ALL emails since june have disappeared [moved]

Morning,

Apologies if what I'm about to say seems a bit dense - I admit I'm not the greatest technophile.

I have got a complete disaster.
I logged into my cpanel mail as I do every morning to check all my emails and found,to my horror,that ALL emails msgs (inbox/sent/even folders created) since JUNE have literally disappeared.This has happened overnight …….

this applies to ALL email accounts i have.

I cleared out emails about a wk ago so it is not a case of exceeding storage – but this is a disaster.I have lost loads on info,including my customer email templates .

As I said,I haven't a clue how to tackle this and am in a bit of a panic.
I don't know what has happened literally overnight.

You'd need to contact your hosting provider about this.

It is very likely that your hosting provider keeps daily backups and so furthermore it is possible that you could restore your mailboxes to the condition they were in before this happened.

you could probably contact your webhost to see if they have a backup copy of your account.
