I have a few accounts that i moved over to a my new network, now the issue is it wont me install the backup file for the user in WHM. It says i must enable restore only if the server crash or something how can i put in these backups?

i usually used helm so cpanel is new to me..

you just need ro enable the backup in WHM Enabled or restore
