Backup not working.

Hello, I've searched through this forum and haven't found a solution to why my back up configuration isn't working. I keep getting this error message, however I've double checked my configuration and it should work.
Quote:
Backup is not done today as per whm backup settings at /scripts/cpbackup line 347
As you can see my whm backup settings are set to back up one a week on sunday. So I'm not sure why I would be getting the above error message. My backup directory is in my root.

Configuration Settings:

Quote:
Backup Status Enabled
Backup Interval (Note: Selecting Daily backup will give you Monthly and Weekly as well unless you choose not to retain them below. Selecting Weekly backup will give you Monthly as well unless you choose not to retain them below.) Weekly
Backup Retention none
Days to Run Backup Sunday
Remount/Unmount Backup Drive (requires a separate drive/coda/nfs mount) Disabled
Bail Out If Backup Drive Mount Fails (Recommended if Remount/Mount set) Disabled
Incremental Backup (only backup what has changed. (**No Compression**, not compatible w/FTP backups) Disabled
Backup Accounts Enabled
Backup Configuration Files (not needed for account restoration) Enabled
Backup SQL Databases (at least "Per Account" is needed to use the restore feature) Per Account Only
Backup Access Logs Enabled
Backup Type Standard
FTP Backup Passive Mode (required if you are behind a firewall or FTP backups fail) Disabled
Backup Destination (this should be a directory/NFS/Coda mount with at least twice the space of all your /home* partitions. Setting this to /home is a very bad idea.) /backup

Please check the /etc/cpbackup.conf to ensure that it has the data set up properly.

In this case the issue is related to backupday, so you could check it as below

# cat /etc/cpbackup.conf | grep BACKUPDAYS

and the output should be as below as you are doing weekly backups on sunday.

BACKUPDAYS 0

If not, you may manually update the file.

The backup will run only on Sunday, so other days you may receive this error. So you may also update the backup cron settings so that the backup is set to run on Sunday.
