    Default Backups

I am having problems with downloading cPanel backups. I tried to install a module but the module wasn't for my version of Mambo so I had to delete it. When I deleted it though Mambo wouldn't work anymore. I had a backup but it didn't work because it was from cPanel. I have to use PHPMyAdmin which is a little more time consuming. I also have to manually download the files which is also time consuming and uses a lot of the webserver's resources. I was able to download backups from my old webhost without any problems at all. The backups restored correctly. Could HM get the download backup feature of cPanel to work?

For more information see this thread.

I posted the thread in my first post where I asked them. My hosting provider in Hostmatrix.org. I asked them and they said it is likely a problem with their older version of cPanel.
