    Current Address: 69.41.253.222
    Current Sub/Parked Domains: bbs.666bt.com

    New Address: 69.41.253.227

    when I submit change, there is not reponse. the site's IP can't change!

    Try a manual update of the httpd.conf and the db file

    What's the version of cpanel.....try running

    /scripts/updatenow
    /scripts/upcp --force
    Either Zero Or Hundred...

    I mean edit the httpd.conf and the DB file. But please make sure you take a backup before yo change the conf files.
