cPanel backup / system config

Hi,

Does the cPanel backup only backup mysql/user files/mail or does it backup my system config as well, such as apache config, exim config, named config?

If not, what is the best way to backup my server configuration?

If you are storing your backups locally, the server configuration will be backed up. The only things that aren't backed up is server-specific data such as IP addresses and hostname.
