Cpanel Full backup Problem

Hi
I have a server and install vps.
I want get the full backup from on of them my user but the Cpanel Full backup don't get backup and when receive a mail from user site i see this :

"Cannot open Local file : No such file or directory"
There's a problem with the backup file being generated, not the ftp. Try manually generating the backup to see where the error is.
