cpanel server migration

I want to transfer Cpanel into another server because I want to swap from a dedicated server into a virtual machines.
I want to transfer all setting and all library (ASSP antispam, apache configuration and more)
I've find two ways :

with cpanel for the moment you can only copy transfer accounts and not a whole server and restore them after
you have to spend time to build the new box
